Silica Bricks For Coke Oven

- Apparent Porosity:22
- Cold Crush Strength:40
- True Density:2.33
- Thermal Expansion:1.28
Description
FEATURES
1、Low residual quartz
2、Low creep
3、Consistent & smooth thermal expansion characteristics
4、High hot strength
5、Low statistical variation in property data ensured by quality assurance system
6、High dimensional accuracy enabling accurate and fast construction.
Description:
General grade silica bricks are most often used in the iron & steel industry, while the super grade to be used on the glass industry. The silica brick refractories have a main characters of high dense( good for thermal conductivity),high RUL and high tridymite content, lower true density, low expansion, low creep and low residual quartz, accurate size tolerance, purity colors and luster forming good appearance. Silica refractory brick are mainly used in the coking chamber and the combustion chamber of coke oven.
Applications:
Silica brick is widely used in the bottom and wall of coke oven.
